Expand the brand's presence within the babywear and kidswear retail ecosystem. 8-12+ years of experience in apparel, fashion, lifestyle, babywear, kidswear, or related consumer categories. Proven ability to drive market expansion and sales growth across multiple territories. Experience working with leading apparel, fashion, lifestyle, or retail brands is preferred.
What you'll do
- Own a high-growth regional leadership role
- Own key retail & distributor partnerships
- Lead sales, distribution, and business expansion across South India
- Develop and grow relationships with Multi-Brand Outlets (MBOs), distributors, and key retail accounts
- Identify and onboard new retail partners, family stores, and regional chains
