Sales Head

About the role

Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings. A successful Sales Head should have: Proven experience in a senior sales leadership role, preferably within plastics, polymers, recycling, or sustainability-related industries Demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth and build scalable sales teams

What you'll do

• Drive commercial strategy in the fast-expanding recycled plastics (rPET)
• Scale a sales function with direct impact on revenue growth and partnership
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet revenue goals in the Recycling / Waste Industry
• Identify and target new business opportunities within the industrial and manufacturing sectors
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
