Senior Manager/AGM - Wind Project Execution

About the role

Validate engineering drawings, technical specifications, and design changes. Enforce safety culture and compliance with corporate EHS standards. Handover project to O&M teams with complete documentation. B.Tech in Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering Experience executing Wind projects in multiple states

What you'll do

• Take full accountability for project timelines and budgets
• Lead complete lifecycle of RE projects from Notice-to-Proceed (NTP) to COD
• Prepare, review, and drive Project Execution Plans, resource plans, risk registers, and quality assurance processes
• Develop and monitor project schedules using tools such as MS Project, Primavera, or equivalent PM platforms
• Lead weekly & monthly progress review meetings with internal teams, EPC partners, OEMs, and contractors
