We're looking for someone who has: Ph.D. in Cosmetic Science, Chemistry, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, or Chemical Engineering. 12-15 years of experience in cosmetic, beauty, or personal care R&D. Proven expertise in formulation development and innovation leadership. Demonstrated success in developing market-winning beauty and personal care products.
What you'll do
- Lead formulation and product development for skincare, haircare, and beauty products
- Develop safe, stable, and high-performance formulations using scientific research
- Identify and validate innovative actives, molecules, and natural ingredients
- Oversee clinical studies, stability testing, compatibility, and sensory evaluations
- Translate consumer trends into scientifically backed product innovations
