What you'll do
- Lead AI and Salesforce transformation at scale
- Build products from rich customer data
- Own and lead the Salesforce ecosystem across Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Data Cloud
- Drive AI, automation, and innovation initiatives that improve business performance and customer outcomes
- Develop use cases leveraging large-scale customer interaction data, including conversation intelligence, lead scoring, sales coaching, and workflow automation
