About the role
Set and maintain SLO/SLI measures to assess service reliability. We're looking for someone who has: Experience improving reliability for cloud-based services. Confidence using Datadog for dashboards, alerts and service monitoring. Experience working with AWS services and infrastructure. Fixed-term contract role.
What you'll do
- Monitor service reliability and spot issues before they affect users
- Use Datadog to track system health, alerts and service performance
- Improve observability across AWS-based services and infrastructure
- Investigate reliability issues and help restore stable service quickly
- Review monitoring data to identify recurring service risks
