- Build a post-sales function from the ground up
- Manage end-to-end software implementation projects for clients post-sales
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and quality delivery of solutions
- Act as the primary technical point of contact for clients during the implementation phase
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to ensure a smooth integration process
