About the role
Reporting into the senior leadership team, the Vice President - Project Execution will be responsible for: Leading a portfolio of Design & Build building projects with an aggregate value of approximately ₹3,500 Crores. The ideal candidate should possess: BE/B.Tech in Civil Engineering. Proven experience managing project portfolios exceeding ₹2,000-3,000 Crores.
What you'll do
- Lead portfolio of marquee projects
- Driving end-to-end project execution across multiple concurrent projects
- Ensuring achievement of project timelines, quality standards, profitability, billing targets, and safety objectives
- Developing recovery plans, resource deployment strategies, and execution frameworks to improve project performance
- Managing relationships with clients, consultants, PMCs, contractors, and other key stakeholders
