- Support for NAND/SSD failure analysis, yield improvement and data analysis
- Using AI perform detailed electrical and physical failure analysis and work with other departments to resolve component and system related issues
- Troubleshooting failure from customer return and provide solutions to fix the problems
- Work closely with global Product Eng teams to develop test flow, validation plan
