About the role
As a PDE CEM Snr Engineer, you will work in a dynamic team environment at Micron Technologies in our leading back end technology fabrication facility located in Sanand, Gujarat. The primary focus of this position is to own the development and optimization of the packaging assembly processes to meet the schedule of business cases.
What you'll do
- Process Development & NPI
- Own Process of Record (POR) , process windows, and capability (CPK)
- Drive NPI qualification with strong first-pass success
- Define process specifications: parameters, tool setup, conditions, tolerances
- Process Optimization & Control
