About the role
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic MES Manager to lead end-to-end delivery, operations, and transformation of Manufacturing Execution Systems. The role is responsible for MES deployment, production support, team leadership, and driving digital manufacturing initiatives aligned with business goals and Industry 4.0 roadmap.
What you'll do
- Lead MES deployments (New fab, expansions, upgrades) including planning, resourcing, risk management, UAT
- Own go-live readiness, roadmap, and continuous enhancements including system integrations (Equipment, SPC, SAP
- Drive standardization across sites, ensuring effective change management and version control
- Own MES production support (including 24x7 operations), enforce incident/problem management, and lead RCA to improve system stability
- Lead critical downtime events and factory escalations to minimize business impact
