About the role
Develop and successfully implement a site energy strategy aligned with business, sustainability, cost reduction, decarbonization, and corporate environmental goals. Set annual and long-term targets for energy consumption, energy intensity, renewable energy, and cost optimization. Prepare detailed energy roadmaps covering efficiency, electrification, renewable energy, storage, demand management, and low-carbon technologies.
What you'll do
- Develop and successfully implement a site energy strategy aligned with business, sustainability, cost reduction, decarbonization, and corporate environmental goals
- Prepare detailed energy roadmaps covering efficiency, electrification, renewable energy, storage, demand management, and low-carbon technologies
- Conduct detailed energy reviews to identify SEUs, operational variables, and energy-saving opportunities
- Establish and maintain Energy Baselines, EnPIs, energy performance tracking, budgets, forecasts, and renewable energy demand forecasts
- Analyze utility consumption versus production, utilization, operating hours, weather, and other variables
