About the role
As Senior Manager, AI Transformation , you will lead the strategy, execution, and scaling of Micron Global Procurement’s agentic AI ecosystem . This role is responsible for driving AI adoption at scale, uplifting AI and automation capabilities across the global GP organization, and managing teams that design and deliver AI‑powered solutions using low‑code/no‑code and professional development platforms.
What you'll do
- AI Strategy, Enablement & Workforce Upskilling
- Define and execute the GPCOE AI transformation roadmap , aligned with Global Procurement strategy and business outcomes
- Design and deliver large‑scale AI enablement programs for hundreds of GP employees, spanning citizen developers, advanced users, and professional developers
- Establish role‑based learning paths for low‑code/no‑code builders and professional AI developers, enabling safe experimentation and scalable delivery
- Serve as a trusted advisor and internal consultant on practical AI usage, productivity gains, and responsible adoption
