About the role
The Soft Services Manager will lead workplace and facility support operations to ensure a safe, compliant, efficient, and employee-focused environment aligned with Micron standards. The role will oversee housekeeping, hospitality, waste management, landscaping, and vendor performance while driving operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives.
What you'll do
- Manage housekeeping, janitorial, deep cleaning, façade cleaning, and workplace hygiene services
- Oversee cafeteria, pantry, vending Machines, landscaping, indoor plants, and employee amenities
- Closely work with security team - operations, access control, emergency preparedness, and workplace safety initiatives
- Drive waste management, recycling, pest control, and sustainability programs
- Manage soft service vendors, contracts, SLAs, KPIs, and performance reviews
