What you'll do
- Perform daily and monthly cash, position, trade, and P&L reconciliations across all instrument types, including FX, equities, options, OTC derivatives, swaps
- Independently research, investigate, and resolve reconciliation discrepancies and breaks, driving them to closure
- Partner with Business and IT teams across the organization to gather information and solve problems
- Work with large data sets to identify trends, root causes, and process improvements
- Ensure timely completion and reporting of all trade and position breaks in line with quality SLAs
