About the role
We are seeking an experienced Equity Research Analyst to join our Research team in India with a primary focus on the Telecom sector in the US to support Senior Portfolio Manager (SPM) by providing high-quality research and analytical support In this role, you will work on financial modeling, forecasting, company and industry research, earnings analysis, database maintenance, and thematics.
What you'll do
- Build, maintain, and update detailed financial models, forecasts, and valuation frameworks
- Analyze quarterly results, company disclosures, earnings transcripts, management commentary, and key operating drivers
- Conduct fundamental company and industry research to support investment analysis
- Monitor news flow, industry developments, market trends, and regulatory changes relevant to the sector / companies
- Maintain and update internal databases, comparable company trackers, and recurring research materials
