- Manage the end-to-end delivery of learning programs across India, including planning, scheduling, logistics, and evaluation
- Partner with internal stakeholders, external vendors, and local coordinators to deliver high-quality training initiatives
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets for learning initiatives
- Track program metrics and outcomes to measure effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement
- Host and facilitate regional learning sessions, including briefing speakers and delivering workshops for large groups
