About the role
As a Workday Specialist at Millennium, you will support the configuration, maintenance, and optimization of Workday with Recruiting as the primary accountability. This role partners with stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable Workday solutions and drive continuous process improvement.
What you'll do
- Configure and maintain Workday Recruiting (Job Application Framework, Recruiting Business Processes, Offer Letters, Recruiting Reports, Requisition Management
- Manage the configuration of Eightfold, our candidate and recruiter-facing AI recruiting solution that integrates directly with Workday
- Configure and support Workday Advanced Reporting, Learning, and Talent , including calculated fields, complex reports, business processes, condition rules
- Own end-to-end recruiting-related workflows in Workday and Eightfold, partnering with Talent Acquisition Operations and Recruiters to reconcile results
- Support and coordinate Workday and Eightfold releases and new feature enablements: review release notes, assess impact, configure updates, and manage testing and sign-off
