- Coordinate interviews, manage scheduling, and maintain real-time ATS updates to ensure seamless candidate experience
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and refine job descriptions for market competitiveness
- Conduct initial candidate assessments including resume review, culture-fit alignment, and salary negotiation support
- Leverage automation tools and CRM systems to streamline outreach, nurture pipelines, and track hiring metrics
