OralCare Formulation Specialist (PHD MUST)

What you'll do

• Lead end-to-end formulation development for new toothpaste products—from concept ideation to lab-scale prototyping, stability testing, and scale-up readiness
• Design and validate formulations using active ingredients (fluoride, hydroxyapatite, enzymes, etc.) and functional excipients to meet performance, safety
• Optimize sensory attributes (flavor, texture, foam, aftertaste) while ensuring clinical efficacy in abrasion, remineralization, and enamel protection
• Collaborate with analytical, regulatory, and manufacturing teams to translate lab prototypes into compliant, manufacturable, and shelf-stable commercial products
• Prepare technical dossiers, safety assessments, and patent documentation for new formulations
