About the role
We are seeking an experienced AWS SME to provide expert-level support, governance, and optimization of AWS environments within a Managed Services framework. The role requires balancing proactive improvements, automation, and best practices while ensuring SLA-driven operations, security, compliance, and cost efficiency for enterprise customers.
What you'll do
- Act as the AWS Subject Matter Expert within the Managed Services team for operations, escalations, and customer advisory
- Provide L3/L4 support for complex AWS-related incidents, problems, and changes
- Ensure adherence to SLAs, compliance frameworks, and security baselines in all AWS-managed environments
- Manage day-to-day AWS operations including monitoring, patching, backups, DR, and performance tuning
- Perform Well-Architected Reviews and recommend improvements for security, cost, and reliability
