About the role
We are looking for a Legal Intern to join our in-house Legal team and gain hands-on experience in contract review, drafting, negotiation and legal research within an IT services Company.
What you'll do
- Review, vet and redline NDAs, MSAs, SOWs, and other commercial contracts
- Assist in reviewing RFPs, tenders, work orders and bid documents
- Identify key contractual risks relating to liability, indemnity, IP, confidentiality, data protection, payment terms, termination and SLA
- Assist the Legal team in preparing contract summaries, negotiation comments and deviation trackers
- Conduct basic legal research on applicable laws and contractual issues
