Responsible for pest control and extermination. Analyze and action on various reports from the microbiologist. Effective implementation of standard specifications in the Receiving department. Planning of vendor audit schedule for vendor development. Ensuring all foreign objects, microbial reports are prepared on timely basis.
What you'll do
- Prepare a checklist for cleaning schedules with details on area and frequency of cleaning to ensure the highest standards of hygiene
- Maintain previous Hygiene Audit Reports and rectify discrepancies, if any
- Ensure monitoring of the expenditure budget of all the cleaning supplies and chemicals
- Ensure all temperatures and processing records are maintained and monitor the same
- Monitor all Food, Water and Ice Cubes reports
