What you'll do
- Act as a servant-leader for the Agile team, facilitating Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives
- Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment
- Work closely with the Product Owner to groom and prioritize the product backlog
- Ensure that user stories are well-defined, estimated, and ready for inclusion in the Sprint
- Empower the team to self-organize and make decisions, removing obstacles to progress
