What you'll do
- Provide technical support and assistance for our applications, addressing and resolving user issues and concerns in a timely manner
- Troubleshoot application-related problems, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions to prevent recurrence
- Monitor application performance and reliability, proactively identify potential issues, and take appropriate actions to maintain optimal performance
- Collaborate with development teams to escalate and prioritize bugs, issues, and enhancement requests
- Develop and maintain documentation, including FAQs, troubleshooting guides, and knowledge base articles, to assist users and support teams
