What you'll do
- Ensure adherence to external and internal quality and security standards (HIPPA / HITECH /ISO)
- Manage the delivery of services and P&L
- Guide Operations on functional aspects of coding and endeavor to improve coding standards in the team and Manage high Customer Satisfaction Level
- Taking actions based on feedback from Clients satisfaction survey
- Reviewing the Trend on weekly basis and analyzing the reasons if there is any deviation
