Senior supply chain role at MNR Solutions in Mumbai. Needs 5+ years and a B.Tech, B.E. or BBA.
About the role
To manage staff and assists with transportation activities such as dispatching, routing, and tracking. To allocate duties to supervisors and drivers as per flight schedule. To check and maintain all the registers as per the ISO / Audit standards. To co-ordinate with the operations dept. for any non-scheduled, VIP and outdoor catering duties and allocate the necessary vehicles and drivers for the same.
What you'll do
- Manage staff and assists with transportation activities such as dispatching, routing, and tracking
- Maintain the list of drivers documents along with their details like license nos., ADP nos. and their validity etc
- Ensure the license and ADP’s of the drivers are renewed on time
- Oversee the daily maintenance of vehicles in the fleet and conduct vehicle inspections to ensure roadworthiness
- Ensure Vehicle maintenance and ensure breakdown vehicles sent to workshop for repairs are received on time and are duly fit for smooth operations
