Travel & Expense (T&E) Manager

About the role

As the Travel & Expense Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the travel and expense process, systems, and policies. This leadership role requires someone with extensive experience in T&E management, coupled with excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.

What you'll do

• Develop and implement T&E policies, procedures, and controls to ensure compliance and efficiency
• Manage the Concur Expense Reporting system and other financial systems effectively
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to streamline processes and reduce costs
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their T&E requirements and provide strategic guidance
• Provide leadership and coaching to the T&E team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability
