About the role
The Project Coordinator - Level 1 is responsible for managing end-to-end implementations of Patient Engagement products (such as Pay, Klara, and Bonsai), ensuring timely, efficient, and high-quality delivery aligned with client goals and business objectives. In this role, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to coordinate resources, resolve issues, and maintain clear communication throughout the implementation lifecycle.
What you'll do
- Patient Engagement Implementations (40%) : Drive end-to-end delivery of Patient Engagement products (Pay, Klara, Bonsai)
- Collaborate with cross-functional and international teams to coordinate resources, address issues, and maintain proactive communication with clients
- Project Setup & Administration (40%) : Update, customize, and administer all aspects of projects within assigned medical specialties or upsell services
- Monitor multiple simultaneous projects to ensure a smooth transition to Project Managers
- Software Configuration & Build Co-Ownership (10%) : Coordinate directly with key internal and external stakeholders to configure features and complete software setup
