RCM Payment Posting Specialist

About the role

You will be a vital link between our daily operations and our future, working closely with the RCM Automation Team and RCM Lab to demonstrate current workflows and test groundbreaking new processes. Your expertise will ensure that as we scale and automate, we maintain the highest standards of accuracy and efficiency for our providers.

What you'll do

• Process Demonstration & Testing : Partner with Automation and RCM Lab teams to demonstrate existing workflows
• Actively support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new processes, providing critical insights and observations
• Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with other RCM teams to share insights and align on instructions
