What you'll do
- As a Senior Software Engineer, you will be a technical anchor for our India-based team
- Lead the development of reliable, performant, and scalable integration services that power the next generation of healthcare interoperability
- Architect & Build: Design, develop, and maintain high-impact software systems, ensuring they meet both business goals and technical excellence
- Own Outcomes: Drive deliverables that meet functional and non-functional criteria; proactively pivot and lead changes when outcomes aren't aligned
- Mentor & Lead: Foster a culture of continuous improvement through insightful design and code reviews, and by providing dedicated coaching to junior engineers
