About the role
Responsible for leading the full controllership, financial governance, regional financial compliance, and reporting for IMEA operations. The role oversees financial integrity, internal controls, statutory reporting, and business partnering to support organizational performance.
What you'll do
- Ownership of complete financial statements for all IMEA legal entities (US GAAP, IFRS & local statutory)
- Ensure timely, accurate monthly/quarterly/annual close and regional consolidation for global reporting
- Lead periodic financial reviews with senior leadership and recommend corrective actions
- Establish and maintain strong internal financial controls; act as the regional IFC/SOX process owner
- Ensure compliance with corporate accounting policies, local statutory requirements, and audit expectations
