About the role
We are looking for a Technical Lead to drive a scrum team for all necessary deliverables and serve as the technical face of the team for major decisions. This position will be based in our Pune office and work closely with product, engineering leadership, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver on the Momentive Careers roadmap.
What you'll do
- Manage a scrum team to deliver project deliverables on time and serve as the primary technical decision-maker for the team
- Successfully run Agile ceremonies and work closely with Product Owners to keep the roadmap and team capacity in balance
- Educate and mentor engineers across the team; participate in on-call duties for production issues as required
- Develop application code according to requirements — hands-on across PHP, Lucee, and React layers
- Contribute to lifecycle flow and value streams by prescribing and following engineering methodologies and best practices
