About the role
Monarch Surveyors and Engineering Consultants Ltd. is seeking a detail-oriented Billing / MIS / EMD Recovery Executive within the Sales function to support timely billing, revenue realization, and management reporting , with specific focus on Railway and PSU consultancy projects .
What you'll do
- Client Billing & Revenue Realisation
- Prepare and process client invoices in line with LOAs, contracts, amendments, and billing milestones
- Coordinate closely with Sales and Project teams to ensure timely billing of completed and near-completion works, especially for Railway consultancy projects
- Track billed, unbilled, and pending invoices to prevent revenue leakage
- Address billing observations, clarifications, and documentation gaps through internal coordination
