What you'll do
- Building new teams: Support the build-out of new engineering teams (for example, ERP cross-functional AI teams) by planning hiring in phases
- Use LinkedIn Recruiter, communities, referrals and passive outreach, and track compensation benchmarks, competitor hiring and market trends
- Handle everyday configuration such as job postings, email templates and Gmail-integrated interview scheduling, and report on time-to-hire
- Process improvement: Suggest and implement improvements that make hiring faster and more consistent
