Early Talent Recruiter

About the role

This role is a chance to shape how we engage and hire students in India while working within the global Early Talent team. You’ll balance regional campus needs with shared recruiting practices and use candidate and pipeline insights to continually improve the hiring experience. We are looking to speak to candidates who are based in Gurugram for our hybrid working model.

What you'll do

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for interns and new graduates across multiple business units, from sourcing and resume review through interviews, offers, and candidate close
• Build and execute campus recruiting strategies in India, including relationships with university placement teams, student organizations
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, agree on recruiting plans, assess candidates, share pipeline updates, and make timely hiring decisions
• Deliver a clear, thoughtful candidate experience through timely communication and consistent support from first outreach through offer
• Partner with the Program Coordination team on candidate experience, recruiting operations
