About the role

This role sits at the intersection of Controllership, Legal, and Tax, ensuring MongoDB operates in full compliance with local corporate, tax, labor, and exchange control regulations across its international footprint, while supporting the broader global controllership agenda.

What you'll do

• Statutory & Regulatory Compliance
• Ensure timely filing of statutory returns, registers, and disclosures across countries, coordinating with local advisors and in-country teams where needed
• Maintain a compliance calendar and tracker spanning all applicable jurisdictions and statutes, with clear ownership and escalation paths
• Corporate Governance & Secretarial Coordination
• Coordinate with local company secretaries, external counsel, and registered agents on board meetings, resolutions, annual filings
