About the role
The role reports to the Head of India Marketing and will be part of the International Marketing organisation. This role combines strategy and execution, with a focus on ecosystem engagement, community building, and scalable startup programming. You will help strengthen MongoDB’s presence among high-growth, venture-backed startups across India by building relationships with founders, venture capital firms, accelerators, and startup communities.
What you'll do
- Support the planning and delivery of startup-focused initiatives such as hackathons, demo nights, founder dinners, and conference-adjacent activations
- Measure impact and continuously optimize: Monitor and track success metrics for startup engagement, such as attendance quality, funded-founder participation
- Communicate clearly and confidently with founders, investors, and senior internal stakeholders
