About the role
The Field Application Engineer (FAE) serves as the technical interface between customers and the company, providing expert support for MPS products. The FAE works closely with sales, R&D, and customers to drive design-in activities, resolve technical issues, and enable successful adoption of MPS products in customer applications
What you'll do
- Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support to customers for MPS products
- Work directly with customers’ engineering teams to understand system requirements and recommend suitable power solutions
- Support design-in and design-win activities, including schematic reviews, component selection, and system optimization
- Deliver product demonstrations, technical presentations, and training to customers and internal sales teams
- Assist customers with board bring-up, debugging, troubleshooting hardware and system-level issues
