About the role
This includes new product specification contributions, and customer application support in the field. The individual will support outside sales representatives at customer accounts within a geographic location. This position will involve some travel within a specific region.
What you'll do
- Provide technical support to Customers & Sales Channels Partners throughout territory
- Ensure coordination of technical matters with the Factory in California and design center in Hangzhou, Chengdu as needed
- Manage Joint Development Programs with Customers
- Discover new potential customer , application, and opportunities with introducing right products
- Communicate with HQ for new product(s) promotion activity
