Asset Servicing Change The Bank- Director- Core Services

About the role

We’re seeking someone to join our team as a Change The Bank Director in the Asset Servicing Group to manage assigned APAC and India change projects with a degree of autonomy, from initial analysis through implementation and adoption. In the Operations division, we partner with business units across the Firm to support financial transactions, devise and implement effective controls and develop client relationships.

What you'll do

• Work closely with Operations to understand front-to-back processes, controls and pain points, and identify opportunities for efficiency
• Partner with Technology, global Asset Servicing teams, Business Units and partner functions to define requirements and deliver practical, scalable solutions
• Develop and maintain project plans, milestones and governance, proactively managing risks, issues, dependencies and escalations
• Provide clear delivery updates and change communications to stakeholders, including senior management, highlighting progress, decisions and areas requiring attention
• Coordinate solution validation, user acceptance testing, defect resolution and business sign-off against agreed requirements and controls
