About the role
We’re seeking someone to join our team as a Central Risk Reporting_Director_Change, Analytics & Strategy in WM Operations to lead centralized risk reporting, ensuring that risk events, metrics, governance updates, training, phishing, audit activity and other key risk matters are communicated accurately and timely to senior management and risk leaders.
What you'll do
- Responsible for developing operating and technology strategies, managing and executing transformation initiatives, leading Agile fleet activities, driving innovation
- Lead the Central Risk Reporting function, including the planning, production, review and timely delivery of weekly, biweekly
- Own the end-to-end quality-control process for risk metrics and management reporting, including validation of source data, reconciliation of variances
- Analyze assessment results, key risk indicators, incidents and emerging trends to identify areas of heightened risk
- Provide effective review and challenge of risk management activities, corrective actions and process enhancements
