Information & Data Management Specialist_Director_Human Resources

About the role

We're seeking an Information & Data Management Specialist to join our team in the Human Resources Division. In the Human Capital Management division, we provide advice and insight to attract, retain, reward and develop a talented global workforce, giving employees the support and tools, they need to succeed.

What you'll do

• Own the HR information lifecycle framework, including information retention, archival, data minimization, defensible disposition, and destruction practices
• Develop and maintain information management policies, standards, and controls that promote the responsible creation, retention minimization, protection, use
• Lead information and data governance initiatives, including records management and reference data management programs, to improve data quality, consistency
• Partner with HR, technology, risk, legal, and compliance stakeholders to align information management practices with enterprise data strategy, privacy obligations
• Drive continuous improvement of workforce information management capabilities by strengthening governance frameworks, reducing operational and compliance risk
