About the role
This individual would develop & promote best practices, standardization and continuous improvement; and would collaborate with diverse stakeholders spread across global regions to support successful delivery of capital projects aligning to global and regional policies, procedures and strategic objectives.
What you'll do
- Collaborate with global stakeholders for the annual global rolling capital plan and support the monthly/quarterly update
- Establish guidelines, best practices and standardized tools & templates for COE Project Controls deliverables for each Stage Gate process
- Evaluate global construction industry trends (technologies, supply chain etc) and indices (inflation, commodity prices etc) and its impact on capital projects
- Establish COE’s quality assurance processes for implementation by Project Controls team to enable accurate deliverables
- Support the Centre of Excellence in contributing to global process standardization initiatives to improve governance and commercial efficiencies
