What you'll do
- Lead and manage multiple Structured Finance teams comprising 30+ analysts across ABS, RMBS, CMBS, and Cashflow Modeling, ensuring consistent delivery quality
- Provide strategic and operational leadership across structured finance workflows, including surveillance support, new issuance support, data analysis, model execution
- Design clear OKRs for teams in consultation with local and global leadership
- Partner with global analytical teams to define priorities, address delivery risks, resolve operational hurdles
- Drive resource planning, cost discipline, hiring, capacity management, workload allocation, and succession planning to support scalable business growth
