About the role
As a Senior Staff Software Development Engineer within the Product organization, you will be responsible for solving most complex and challenging technical problems, and unlock delivery of value for services that power the PitchBook platform.
What you'll do
- Hands-on development will be a large part of the responsibilities
- Quickly learn and trial hands on new technology, assess and validate assumptions, identify flows or risks that support the technical directions
- Ensure qualities/non-functional requirements of the platforms and products are defined
- Document technical designs, communicate, elaborate with architects and other teams
- Implement well-designed, testable, and efficient code that meets product requirements, coding standards, performance, scalability, reliability
