Talent Acquisition Operations Analyst

About the role

The Talent Acquisition Operations Analyst plays a key role in driving process excellence, data integrity, and technology optimization for the India region. You will serve as the process and technology SME for India TA—ensuring our systems, analytics, and governance practices enable an efficient, high-quality hiring experience for candidates, recruiters, and business leaders.

What you'll do

• Partner with the Director, Talent Acquisition Operations to establish, refine and document global talent acquisition processes that improve recruiting workflows
• Includes requirements gathering, leading user design sessions, UAT and deployment
• Serve as a Workday subject matter expert for global Talent Acquisition teams
• Design and maintain the recruiting playbook for India, ensuring that recruiting teams understand and adhere to TA processes and compliance requirements. Implement…
