What you'll do
- Lead functional design, configuration, and enhancement requests for Oracle Service Contracts (Cloud or E-Business Suite)
- Design and maintain interfaces between Oracle Service Contracts, Oracle CPQ, Oracle Order Management, Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts payables(AP)
- Define end-to-end test scenarios, Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and coordinate testing across cross-functional teams
- Provide L3 functional support for production incidents, root-cause analysis, and continuous process optimization
- Lead and inspire your team to foster an agile and innovative culture
