About the role
Reporting into our Product Management & Operations leadership, we are seeking a highly operational, execution-driven Product Manager to own the delivery and lifecycle management of the WAVE PTX software portfolio. In this role, you will act as the critical bridge between our Product Strategy leaders and our Engineering teams.
What you'll do
- Execution & Backlog Management: Partner with our Vertical Product Strategy leaders to ingest their product requirements and translate them into deeply detailed
- In-Market & Lifecycle Management: Act as the primary operational product owner for the live WAVE PTX platform
- Manage sustaining engineering priorities, technical debt resolution, and critical customer escalations to ensure high system reliability and customer retention
- Ensure marketing, sales enablement, support, and billing systems are fully prepared before a feature goes live
- Proactively identify dependencies, capacity constraints, and technical risks, ruthlessly clearing obstacles to maintain high engineering velocity
