About the role
The MIC BIM Component Creator develops, tests, documents and maintains intelligent, reusable, data-rich BIM content for the Moata Intelligent Content (MIC) library. The role converts engineering and project requirements into reliable digital components that enable standardized, efficient and automated design delivery across infrastructure and building projects.
What you'll do
- Develop and maintain parametric, data-rich BIM content, including Revit families, AutoCAD-based components
- Interpret briefs, engineering requirements, manufacturer information and project standards
- Apply MIC naming, classification, parameter, metadata, category, subcategory and documentation standards consistently throughout the content lifecycle
- Build content that is efficient in file size, stable in use, visually appropriate, correctly constrained and suitable for reuse in large project models
- Configure and test geometry, parameters, formulas, types, visibility settings, connectors, materials and data outputs, as applicable to the authoring platform
